i’m forever stuck at 16!

hmm.. do i really look that young? i’d had like 6 people ask me in the last week if i was still in high school. more notably:
While signing up for auto insurance: “congratulations on the new car!! looks like you just got your license huh? how’s it feel?”
me: “uhh… i’ve had my license for 8 years.”
mom’s friend sees us while out to dinner:“oh, is this your daughter? what year in high school are you? sophomore?”
me:“oh… haha… actually i graduated from college 2 years ago”
mom’s friend:“aiyaah i’m almost 10 years off!”
Is that a bad thing?
They must know some really old looking sophomores in high school. 10 years is… really off, haha.

hahahah omg. you’re not the only one. i think its an asian thing. but it will be good when we’re 30 b/c we’ll look 22!haha
